Coach Mwikali is a Director of ChariXaris Ltd and brings an eagle eye approach in project management, business and life coaching. She has over 20 years as a Life Coach, Counsellor and Event Manager. She is a Director of ChariXaris Ltd, a Director of the United Colors of Africa and has also been an Event Planner for the International Calabar Dance Festival.
She is an accomplished Event (and Project) Planner/Manager with proven flair and professional judgment, able to work in multi-cultural environments, keen to accept fresh challenges and contribute to better social well-being of all.
Her strengths are in planning and implementation of events, pre and post impact evaluation, project monitoring, coaching, evaluation, development of strategies and plans, feasibility studies and market surveys, effective people-management & counseling to achieve desired goals and objectives, ability to work in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment and is proficient in the use of modern IT tools.
She also freelances and is great at academic writing, blog writing, copywriting and research. She is professionally certified in the fields of IT, Event Management, Life Coaching & Counselling and Christian Ministry. Coach Mwikali is the founder of Heart Whispers – an organisation for mentoring girls from 6 years of age to 5 years of marriage.
She has a Stonebridge Associate Colleges Distinction Diploma in Life Coaching & Counselling, a Blackford Centre for Event Planning Distinction Diploma, a Higher Diploma in Information Technology and a Bachelors Degree in Christian Ministry.
She is a member of The Brook Church in Calabar volunteering in the Nurturers team (married women’s fellowship) and a member of the follow up department. She mentors entrepreneurs in an organization known as the SHEPRENEUR Nation Business Support Group in Nigeria and she is also an International Trustee of the World Peace and Climate Change Diplomatic Organization.
